From the time I arrived at the office, I felt comfortable with the level of care I received from the nurses and the knowledge Dr. Hott had. I had a hiccup with my insurance and billing after the procedure and the office manager Shannan was wonderful to deal with, she had the problem resolved within 24 hours. "I was referred for my first skin cancer to have Mohs surgery, I really wasn't sure how the process worked or where to go. After doing my research I realized even though other offices offer Mohs surgery, Dr. Hott is the only board-certified, fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon from Cleveland to Pittsburgh. Hands down, that made my decision for me. I was apprehensive initially but my surgery went great, and his expertise was very comforting. Our area is lucky to have such an experienced Dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. The bonus was how friendly and efficient the office was."
